Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in monthly installments within 30 days of invoice issuance. A mobilization advance of 20% of the total contract value may be requested upon execution of the service agreement. All payments shall be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR) via bank transfer to the designated account of Gulf Marine Engineering Solutions LLC. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Saudi commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 60 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Marine Engineer are subject to revision.
- The scope of work is limited to the services described herein. Any additional tasks, extended durations, or changes in project location beyond Saudi Arabia Riyadh shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- The Marine Engineer shall comply with all applicable Saudi Arabian labor laws, occupational health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Confidentiality: All project data, drawings, and proprietary information shared during the engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client. The Marine Engineer and our firm shall not disclose such information to any third party without written consent.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or pandemics.
