This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Marine Engineering Pte. Ltd. to Pacific Crest Shipping Lines (Pte) Ltd. for the provision of a fully certified Marine Engineer and associated technical support services. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes as stated. Payment terms are 50% upon acceptance of this quotation and 50% upon satisfactory completion and handover of the final technical report. The Marine Engineer and all support personnel shall be fully insured under a comprehensive marine liability policy with a minimum coverage of SGD 5,000,000, as required for operations within the jurisdiction of Singapore Singapore.
Any variation in scope beyond the items listed herein shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by Meridian Marine Engineering Pte. Ltd. and accepted in writing by the client prior to commencement of additional work. The client agrees to provide safe access to all engine rooms, machinery spaces, and electrical compartments of the vessel, as well as all relevant technical drawings, previous maintenance records, and class survey reports.
5. Compliance and Regulatory Notes Important: All Marine Engineer services rendered under this Quotation Estimate shall strictly adhere to the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) regulations, the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) Convention, the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (MARPOL), and the local environmental protection statutes of Singapore Singapore. The Marine Engineer shall ensure that all waste generated during the overhaul process (including oily water, spent lubricants, and hazardous materials) is disposed of in accordance with the approved waste management protocols at the PSA terminal in Singapore Singapore. 6.
