This Quotation Estimate is prepared by Seoul Marine Technical Services Co., Ltd. to provide comprehensive Marine Engineer professional services for the client's fleet maintenance and operational support programme based in South Korea Seoul. The scope encompasses the deployment of a certified Marine Engineer team to conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, diagnostic assessments, regulatory compliance inspections, and technical consultancy for the client's commercial vessel fleet operating out of the Incheon Port Authority and the Seoul Capital Area maritime logistics corridors.
The Marine Engineer personnel assigned under this Quotation Estimate shall hold valid Class 1 Marine Engineer Certificates issued under the Korean Maritime and Port Authority (MPCA) regulations, with a minimum of eight (8) years of documented experience in main engine systems, auxiliary machinery, electrical and electronic marine systems, and hull integrity assessments. All Marine Engineer staff operating within South Korea Seoul and its surrounding port facilities shall comply with the Korean Standards (KS) for marine engineering practice and the International Maritime Organization (IMO) conventions as adopted by the Republic of Korea.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Korean Won (KRW) via bank transfer to the account of Seoul Marine Technical Services Co., Ltd. The payment schedule is structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of the third month of Marine Engineer service delivery, and the remaining 30% upon final project acceptance and submission of all Marine Engineer technical reports. All invoices are payable within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed under the Korean Commercial Act.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in labour market rates for Marine Engineer professionals in South Korea Seoul.
- All Marine Engineer personnel shall be subject to background verification, medical fitness certification, and drug screening in accordance with Korean maritime employment regulations before commencing work in South Korea Seoul.
- The client shall provide safe working access to all vessels, port facilities, and documentation required for the Marine Engineer team to perform the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
- Any additional Marine Engineer services beyond the scope defined herein shall be subject to a separate written amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties.

- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Seoul under the rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB).
