This Quotation Estimate is issued by our firm to provide a comprehensive and itemised cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Marine Engineer to deliver technical consultancy, inspection, and supervisory services at the Port of Valencia, located in Spain Valencia. The scope encompasses all activities required to ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of marine infrastructure, vessel systems, and port-side equipment in accordance with Spanish maritime regulations (Ley de Puertos del Estado y de la Marina Mercante), European Union directives, and International Maritime Organization (IMO) standards.
The Marine Engineer assigned to this project will hold a valid Class 1 Marine Engineer's Certificate of Competency (MECO) issued by the Spanish Maritime Administration (Dirección General de la Marina Mercante) and will possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years of practical experience in marine propulsion systems, auxiliary machinery, HVAC, electrical installations, and structural integrity assessment of vessels and port facilities operating within the Spain Valencia maritime zone.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in the Spain Valencia maritime services sector.
- The Marine Engineer shall comply with all applicable Spanish occupational health and safety regulations (Ley 31/1995 de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales) and the specific safety management plan of the Port Authority of Valencia.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of the mid-project inspection milestone; 30% upon final acceptance and delivery of the technical report. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice.
- Any variation in scope exceeding 10% of the original work order shall require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties, before additional work commences.
- The Marine Engineer shall maintain full professional confidentiality regarding all technical data, vessel particulars, and port security information encountered during the assignment in Spain Valencia.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein are indicative and subject to the final contractual documentation.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to port closures, adverse weather conditions affecting the Spain Valencia harbour, or government-mandated work stoppages, shall extend the project timeline without penalty to either party.
- Governing law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Valencia, Spain.
