- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing for Marine Engineer services in Switzerland Zurich is subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions, labour cost indices, and regulatory changes.
- All Marine Engineer personnel deployed under this agreement shall hold valid Swiss professional certifications, including but not limited to the BAV-recognised Marine Engineer licence and relevant IACS endorsements. Proof of certification shall be provided prior to commencement of services in Switzerland Zurich.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 70% invoiced monthly in arrears. All payments shall be made in Swiss Francs (CHF) to the bank account specified by Helvetia Marine Engineering AG, Zurich, Switzerland.
- The Marine Engineer services described herein are subject to the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and applicable cantonal regulations of the Canton of Zurich. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland Zurich.
- Helvetia Marine Engineering AG reserves the right to substitute qualified Marine Engineer personnel of equivalent or superior qualification without prior notice, provided that the continuity and quality of service in Switzerland Zurich are not compromised.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions affecting Lake Zurich navigation, government-mandated port closures, or public health emergencies, shall suspend obligations under this Quotation Estimate without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Acceptance shall be confirmed by signature and return of this document to Helvetia Marine Engineering AG, Switzerland Zurich.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Marine Engineer services in Switzerland Zurich and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This acceptance authorises Helvetia Marine Engineering AG to commence the described services upon the agreed start date.
