The Marine Engineer engagement is scheduled to commence on 1 July 2025 and is projected to be completed within twelve (12) working days, concluding no later than 18 July 2025. All on-site activities will take place at the client's designated facility in the Kızılay Industrial Zone, Turkey Ankara. A detailed day-by-day work plan will be submitted to the client for approval no fewer than five (5) business days prior to the start date.

  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this validity period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates and availability of the designated Marine Engineer.
  2. Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of the on-site inspection and commissioning phase; 20% upon delivery of the final consolidated report and regulatory filing in Turkey Ankara.
  3. All payments shall be made in USD via bank transfer to the account details provided by Anatolia Marine Engineering Solutions Ltd. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month.
  4. The Marine Engineer and all supporting personnel shall comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to industrial and maritime operations within Turkey Ankara, including OSHA-equivalent Turkish labor law provisions (Law No. 6331).
  5. Any changes to the scope of work, additional days of service, or modifications to the deliverables outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties before execution. Such changes will be documented via a formal Change Order and may result in an adjusted total cost.
  6. Confidentiality: All technical data, operational records, and proprietary information accessed by the Marine Engineer during the course of this engagement in Turkey Ankara shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent from the client.
  7. Warranty: The technical recommendations and maintenance plans provided by the Marine Engineer carry a warranty period of six (6) months from the date of final report delivery. Any errors or omissions identified within this period shall be corrected at no additional cost.
  8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions in Turkey Ankara, or pandemics.
  9. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Turkey Ankara.
Note: This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of replacement parts, major component overhauls, or any capital expenditure for new marine equipment. Should the Marine Engineer identify such requirements during the inspection phase in Turkey Ankara, a separate supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued for the client's review and approval.
