This Quotation Estimate is issued by Blue Horizon Marine Engineering Ltd. to provide comprehensive Marine Engineer services for the client's vessel operations and port activities within the jurisdiction of Turkey Istanbul. The scope encompasses all technical, operational, and regulatory support required to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient marine engineering operations in the Istanbul Strait, the Sea of Marmara, and all associated port facilities including the Istanbul Port, Haydarpaşa Port, and the new Istanbul Port complex.
The Marine Engineer assigned under this quotation shall hold a valid Class 1 Marine Engineer's Certificate of Competency (COC) issued under the STCW Convention, as recognized by the Turkish Maritime Authority (Denizcilik Genel Müdürlüğü). The engineer shall be fully proficient in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of marine diesel engines, auxiliary machinery, electrical systems, HVAC plant, and all associated safety equipment aboard the client's vessel.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing is subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Turkey Istanbul.
- The Marine Engineer shall be subject to the labor laws of the Republic of Turkey, including the Turkish Labor Code (Law No. 4857) and all applicable maritime regulations enforced by the Turkish Maritime Authority.
- All services described in this quotation are to be performed within the operational boundaries of Turkey Istanbul, including but not limited to the Bosphorus Strait, the Sea of Marmara, and all designated anchorage areas.
- The client shall provide a safe working environment and all necessary access to the vessel's machinery spaces. Failure to do so may result in suspension of the Marine Engineer's duties without liability to the provider.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 70% payable in equal monthly installments on the 5th business day of each month.
- All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via international wire transfer to the provider's designated bank account in Turkey Istanbul.
- The provider shall maintain professional indemnity insurance and marine liability coverage for the duration of the contract. Certificates of insurance shall be provided upon request.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost assessment.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Istanbul, Turkey, in accordance with the rules of the Istanbul Arbitration Centre (ISTAC).
- The Marine Engineer shall not be engaged in any activity that violates Turkish environmental regulations, particularly those governing emissions in the Istanbul Strait and the Sea of Marmara.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Marine Engineer to perform services in Turkey Istanbul. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon countersignature by both parties.
