This Quotation Estimate has been prepared by Meridian Marine Engineering Solutions Ltd. to provide North West Maritime Operations Ltd. with a comprehensive and itemised cost breakdown for the provision of specialist Marine Engineer services within the United Kingdom Manchester region. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for Marine Engineer labour and materials will be issued.
- All prices quoted are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of the Marine Engineer's professional fees, standard tools, and PPE. Consumable parts, specialist spares, and third-party surveyor fees are excluded unless explicitly stated in the itemised schedule above.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the Annual Statutory Survey, and the remaining 30% within fourteen (14) days of the final invoice. Late payments will attract interest at 2% per month in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- All Marine Engineer work will be performed in compliance with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, and all applicable United Kingdom Manchester local authority bylaws governing dockside and waterway operations.
- Meridian Marine Engineering Solutions Ltd. shall maintain a minimum of £10,000,000 in professional indemnity insurance and £5,000,000 in public liability insurance for the duration of the engagement. Certificates of insurance will be provided upon request.
- Any variation to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a written variation order signed by both parties before additional Marine Engineer labour is commenced.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. The governing law for this document is the law of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in United Kingdom Manchester.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing set out herein for the provision of Marine Engineer services in United Kingdom Manchester.
