- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the proposed Marine Engineer are subject to reconfirmation in writing.
- All services will be performed in accordance with applicable federal, Texas state, and local regulations governing marine engineering practice in United States Houston and the surrounding Gulf Coast region.
- Payment terms: 40% upon execution of the service agreement, 40% upon completion of on-site work, and 20% upon final delivery of all reports and documentation. Net 30 days from invoice date.
- The Marine Engineer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000 per occurrence, naming the client as an additional insured party.
