The Marine Engineer assigned to this project holds a First-Class Marine Engineer License issued by the United States Coast Guard, a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, and over fourteen (14) years of hands-on experience servicing commercial vessels in the United States New York City harbor and surrounding waterways. The engineer is additionally certified in ISO 9001 quality management systems and holds a valid New York State occupational safety certification. All work performed shall comply with the regulations set forth by the U.S. Coast Guard, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation of pricing by Harborline Marine Engineering Group, LLC.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total estimated cost is due upon execution of the service agreement. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be invoiced in equal monthly installments over the twelve-month engagement period.
- All costs listed in this Quotation Estimate are exclusive of applicable New York State sales tax, federal excise taxes, and any third-party parts or materials not explicitly included in the scope of services.
- The Marine Engineer shall carry a minimum of $2,000,000 in professional liability insurance and $1,000,000 in general liability insurance, with the client named as an additional insured party.

- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York County, United States New York City, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
