Thank you for your inquiry regarding comprehensive Marine Engineer services for the scheduled dry-docking and propulsion system overhaul of your vessel MV Pacific Sentinel (IMO 9482716), a 185-meter container feeder vessel. This Quotation Estimate has been prepared specifically for work to be executed at the United States San Francisco waterfront facilities during the period of August 4, 2025, through October 18, 2025. All pricing, labor classifications, and regulatory compliance standards referenced herein are aligned with the operational requirements of the United States San Francisco port authority, the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) regulations under 46 CFR, and the applicable California state maritime labor codes.

The following Quotation Estimate encompasses the full spectrum of Marine Engineer professional services required for the vessel's mid-term maintenance cycle.   1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiration, all labor rates, material costs, and per diem figures are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in the United States San Francisco industrial sector.
  2. All Marine Engineer personnel assigned to this project shall hold current and valid USCG licenses, California state maritime worker certifications, and appropriate OSHA 10/30-hour maritime safety training. Copies of credentials will be provided upon request prior to mobilization.
  3. Payment shall be structured as follows: 25% mobilization deposit upon execution of the purchase order, 40% progress payment upon completion of main engine overhaul (Item 01), and 35% final payment upon successful USCG survey sign-off and vessel return to service.
  4. This Quotation Estimate assumes standard working hours of 0700–1700, Monday through Saturday, at the United States San Francisco worksite. Overtime work beyond these hours will be billed at 1.5x the applicable Marine Engineer hourly rate, subject to prior written approval by the client.
  5. All work shall comply with the International Safety Management (ISM) Code, USCG regulations, California state environmental regulations (including CARB and CalEPA), and the specific operational guidelines of the United States San Francisco Port Commission.
  6. Any change in scope, additional Marine Engineer services, or modifications to the original work order must be documented via a formal Change Order signed by both parties before execution. No verbal authorizations will be recognized for billing purposes.
  7. This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of dry-docking fees, crane rental, or vessel berthing charges, which shall be arranged and paid directly by the client with the United States San Francisco dock operator.
  8. Warranty: All Marine Engineer labor and installed components carry a twelve (12) month / 2,000 engine-hour warranty from the date of vessel return to service, whichever occurs first.
  9. Governing Law: This agreement and this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and the federal maritime laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
  10. Insurance: Pacific Maritime Engineering Solutions, Inc. maintains comprehensive general liability, professional liability, and workers' compensation insurance. Certificates of insurance naming the client as additional insured will be furnished upon request.
