This Quotation Estimate is prepared in response to the formal request issued by the Tashkent Port & Inland Waterways Authority for the engagement of a qualified Marine Engineer to provide comprehensive technical oversight, maintenance planning, and operational support for the inland waterway vessel fleet and associated port infrastructure located in Uzbekistan Tashkent. Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:

  • 30% Advance Payment (USD 84,856.80) – due within 10 business days of contract signature.
  • 40% Milestone Payment (USD 113,142.40) – due upon completion of the vessel condition survey and submission of the preventive maintenance schedule.
  • 30% Final Payment (USD 84,856.80) – due upon delivery of the final technical report, completion of the training programme, and acceptance of all deliverables by the Tashkent Port Authority.

All payments shall be made via international wire transfer to the following account: Bank of Uzbekistan, Account No. UZ00 9876 5432 1098, SWIFT: UZBKUZ2X. Currency: US Dollars (USD).

  • This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
  • The Marine Engineer team shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including those issued by the State Committee for Technical Supervision.
  • NavalTech Engineering Solutions LLP shall provide a 12-month warranty on all design deliverables, documentation, and the digital monitoring system.
  • Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing via a formal Change Order. Additional costs will be quoted separately.
  • Confidentiality: All technical data, vessel specifications, and operational information shared during the engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
  • Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or pandemics.
  • Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration at the International Arbitration Centre in Tashkent.
Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes standard working conditions at the Tashkent Port facilities. If the Marine Engineer is required to conduct surveys or repairs at alternative inland waterway locations within Uzbekistan (e.g., Samarkand, Bukhara, or the Aral Sea basin), additional travel and accommodation costs will be applied at a rate of USD 350 per day per engineer, subject to prior written approval.
