This Quotation Estimate is prepared in response to the formal request from Pacific Oceanic Shipping Group for the provision of a qualified Marine Engineer and associated technical support services to be deployed at the Cat Lai Port Terminal facility located in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. The scope encompasses the full-cycle engineering oversight of marine propulsion systems, auxiliary machinery, and onboard electrical installations for a fleet of three (3) bulk carriers currently berthed at the terminal. The Marine Engineer assigned to this engagement shall hold a valid Class 1 Marine Engineer Certificate issued under the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW) and shall possess a minimum of twelve (12) years of hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of medium-speed diesel engines, steam turbine auxiliaries, and marine electrical switchgear systems.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period shall require re-confirmation of pricing and availability of the Marine Engineer.
All rates quoted are in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of the Marine Engineer's professional fees, travel within Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, and standard working tools. Specialized spare parts and consumables are excluded and shall be billed at cost with a 15% handling surcharge.
Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon contract execution, with the remaining 50% due within fifteen (15) days of the monthly invoice. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month.
The Marine Engineer shall be subject to the labor laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the specific maritime regulations enforced by the Vietnam Maritime Administration in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
SeaTech Marine Engineering Solutions Co., Ltd. shall provide a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours' written notice before any scheduled shutdown of marine equipment for major overhauls, unless an emergency situation dictates otherwise.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. All terms herein are subject to the final contract documentation.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to typhoons, port closures, or government-mandated restrictions in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, shall suspend obligations without penalty to either party.
Confidentiality: All technical data, vessel specifications, and operational records accessed by the Marine Engineer during the course of this engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined for the Marine Engineer services to be rendered in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
