- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Marine Engineer team are subject to revision due to market fluctuations and resource allocation within Zimbabwe Harare.
- Payment Terms: A mobilisation payment of 30% of the total Quotation Estimate value is due upon contract signing. The remaining 70% shall be disbursed in monthly progress payments, subject to satisfactory completion of milestones as verified by the appointed Marine Engineer supervisor.
- Commencement: Work shall commence within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the advance payment and formal contract execution by both parties.
- Deliverables: All engineering reports, design documents, and manuals produced under this engagement shall be delivered in both hard copy (three sets) and digital format (PDF and editable CAD files) to the Zimbabwe Harare operations office.
- Compliance: All Marine Engineer services shall comply with the Engineering and Professions Act (Chapter 28:01) of Zimbabwe, EMA environmental regulations, and applicable ZS standards for water infrastructure.
- Insurance: Harare Marine Engineering Solutions (Pvt) Ltd maintains comprehensive professional indemnity insurance and public liability coverage for all Marine Engineer personnel operating in Zimbabwe Harare and its environs.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Zimbabwe.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government policy changes, or civil unrest affecting the Zimbabwe Harare region.
