This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment milestones, all payable via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account designated by TalentBridge Executive Search, São Paulo – SP, Brazil:
- 30% (R$ 36,555.75): Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and project kickoff.
- 40% (R$ 48,741.00): Due upon successful placement and first-day onboarding of the Marketing Manager.
- 30% (R$ 36,555.75): Due upon completion of the 90-day integration period and final performance benchmarking report.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this validity period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market conditions in São Paulo, Brazil.
5.2 All fees quoted are inclusive of professional services rendered by TalentBridge Executive Search. The client is solely responsible for the Marketing Manager's salary, benefits, and all statutory obligations under Brazilian labor law (CLT), including FGTS, INSS contributions, and 13º salário.
5.3 In the event the placed Marketing Manager voluntarily resigns or is terminated for cause within the first ninety (90) days, TalentBridge shall, at no additional cost, initiate a replacement search for a new Marketing Manager candidate in São Paulo.
5.4 All intellectual property, candidate data, and market intelligence generated under this engagement shall remain the confidential property of the respective parties in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, Law No. 13,709/2018).
5.5 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment contract between the client and the Marketing Manager. It solely governs the professional services agreement between the client and TalentBridge Executive Search.
5.6 Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil, in accordance with applicable Brazilian commercial law.
