The Marketing Manager position targeted under this Quotation Estimate requires a senior professional with a minimum of seven (7) years of progressive marketing experience, of which at least three (3) years must have been gained within the China Beijing market or in roles directly managing cross-border marketing operations into the Greater China region. The ideal Marketing Manager candidate must demonstrate proven expertise in digital marketing strategy, brand positioning, consumer behavior analysis specific to Chinese demographics, and B2B/B2C campaign management. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is mandatory, and professional proficiency in English is required. The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Beijing Horizon Technology office in China Beijing and will oversee a team of six (6) marketing specialists.
- 30% Advance Payment: CNY 29,256 (including VAT) due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, to be paid within five (5) business days via bank transfer to the designated account of Capital Talent Solutions (Beijing) Co., Ltd.
- 40% Milestone Payment: CNY 39,008 (including VAT) due upon successful completion of the shortlisting and assessment phase for the Marketing Manager candidates.
- 30% Final Payment: CNY 29,256 (including VAT) due upon the Marketing Manager candidate's confirmed acceptance of the offer and commencement of employment in China Beijing.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for extension must be submitted in writing to the undersigned account manager.
- All services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be performed in full compliance with the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China, the Foreign Investment Law, and all applicable regulations governing employment in China Beijing.
- The Marketing Manager candidate's employment contract shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Capital Talent Solutions (Beijing) Co., Ltd. acts solely as a recruitment intermediary and does not assume any employer-employee relationship with the placed Marketing Manager.
- A replacement guarantee of ninety (90) days is provided. Should the Marketing Manager candidate resign or be terminated for cause within this period, a replacement candidate will be sourced at no additional cost under this Quotation Estimate.
- All personal data collected during the recruitment process shall be handled in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) of the People's Republic of China.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration at the Beijing Arbitration Commission in accordance with its then-current rules.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Capital Talent Solutions (Beijing) Co., Ltd. to commence the recruitment process for the Marketing Manager position in China Beijing under the terms and conditions outlined herein.
