4. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision due to market fluctuations in the Germany Berlin executive recruitment landscape.
4.2 Payment Schedule: 30% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon successful candidate shortlisting, and 30% upon final onboarding completion of the Marketing Manager. All payments are due within fourteen (14) days of invoice issuance in accordance with German commercial law (HGB).
4.3 Confidentiality: All information exchanged during the execution of this Quotation Estimate shall be treated as strictly confidential. Strategikonsult GmbH commits to full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/DSGVO) as applicable in Germany Berlin.

4.6 Cancellation: Either party may terminate the engagement with fourteen (14) days written notice. In the event of cancellation by the client after the sourcing phase has commenced, 50% of the remaining contracted value shall be invoiced as a cancellation fee.
