The following services are encompassed within this Quotation Estimate for the Marketing Manager role in Ghana Accra:

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Ghana Accra.
Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount shall be due upon acceptance of this document, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be payable within fourteen (14) days of the Marketing Manager's successful onboarding and commencement of duties.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Accra Professional Talent Solutions Ltd. at Ecobank Ghana, Accra Branch, Account No. 0012-3456-7890-1. Cheques and cash payments will not be accepted.
The Marketing Manager engagement is subject to a ninety (90) day probationary period as stipulated under Ghanaian labour law. Should the client terminate the Marketing Manager within this probationary period for reasons other than gross misconduct, a replacement candidate shall be sourced at no additional recruitment fee.
All intellectual property, marketing strategies, and client data developed by the Marketing Manager during the engagement period shall remain the exclusive property of Golden Horizon Enterprises Ltd.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment contract between the client and the Marketing Manager. The employment relationship shall be governed solely by the separate employment agreement executed between the parties.
Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Ghana Accra in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010 (Act 798) of Ghana.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated shutdowns, civil unrest, or pandemics affecting the Ghana Accra metropolitan area, shall suspend obligations under this Quotation Estimate until normal operations resume.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and cost structure outlined for the engagement of a Marketing Manager in Ghana Accra. This signature constitutes formal acceptance and authorizes Accra Professional Talent Solutions Ltd. to commence the recruitment process immediately.
