Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all pricing and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Italy Naples.
Payment terms: 40% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon successful appointment and commencement of the Marketing Manager role, and 30% upon completion of the first full quarter of service delivery.

The Marketing Manager engagement is governed by Italian labour law (Codice Civile, Book V) and the applicable CCNL Turismo collective agreement. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Labour Court of Naples (Tribunale del Lavoro di Napoli).
Adriatica Business Solutions S.r.l. reserves the right to substitute the proposed Marketing Manager candidate with an equally qualified professional if the initial candidate declines the offer, without additional cost to the client.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Acceptance shall be confirmed via signed copy of this document or a formal letter of intent.
All marketing materials, campaign strategies, and brand assets developed by the Marketing Manager during the engagement period shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of Costiera Amalfitana Hospitality Group S.p.A.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Italy Naples region, shall suspend obligations under this agreement without penalty to either party.
