The services include but are not limited to:

• Role Definition & Job Specification: Collaborative development of a comprehensive job description for the Marketing Manager position, aligned with the client's strategic objectives and the competitive landscape of Kenya Nairobi.
• Talent Sourcing & Screening: Identification, shortlisting, and initial screening of a minimum of fifteen (15) qualified candidates with proven experience in retail marketing, brand management, and digital strategy within East Africa.
• Interview Coordination: Scheduling and facilitating structured interviews, psychometric assessments, and practical marketing case studies for the shortlisted Marketing Manager candidates.
• Background & Reference Verification: Thorough due diligence including employment history verification, academic credential checks, and professional reference calls.
• Negotiation & Offer Management: Facilitation of salary negotiation, contract drafting, and formal offer letter issuance for the selected Marketing Manager.
• Onboarding & Integration Support: A 90-day post-placement support period to ensure the Marketing Manager is fully integrated into the client's team and operational workflows in Kenya Nairobi.
