Al-Nakheel Business Solutions LLC shall provide the following comprehensive services related to the recruitment and deployment of the Marketing Manager in Kuwait, Kuwait City:

• Role Definition & Job Specification: Development of a detailed job description for the Marketing Manager position, including required qualifications, competencies, KPIs, and reporting structure tailored to the Kuwait City market.
• Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Identification, shortlisting, and initial screening of a minimum of fifteen (15) qualified Marketing Manager candidates from local and international talent pools, with emphasis on candidates holding valid Kuwaiti work permits or eligibility for sponsorship.
• Interview Coordination: Scheduling and facilitating a minimum of three (3) rounds of interviews between the shortlisted candidates and the client's senior management team in Kuwait City.
• Background Verification: Conducting thorough background checks, reference verification, and credential validation for the final candidate selected for the Marketing Manager role.
• Work Permit & Visa Processing: Full management of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Labour work permit application, residency visa processing, and all associated governmental filings required for the Marketing Manager to legally reside and work in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
• Onboarding & Integration: A structured 90-day onboarding programme for the Marketing Manager, including orientation to Kuwaiti business culture, introduction to local regulatory frameworks, and integration into the client's existing team in Kuwait City.

The ideal Marketing Manager candidate for this Quotation Estimate shall possess the following minimum qualifications:

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision without prior notice.
• The services described herein are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the competent courts in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
• Al-Nakheel Business Solutions LLC shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding the client's business operations, candidate data, and all information exchanged during the engagement.
• The Marketing Manager placement is subject to the candidate's successful completion of all medical examinations and security clearances mandated by Kuwaiti law.
• Should the placed Marketing Manager resign or be terminated within the first six (6) months of employment, Al-Nakheel Business Solutions LLC shall, at no additional cost, initiate a replacement search for a comparable Marketing Manager candidate in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute an employment contract between the client and the Marketing Manager. The employment terms shall be governed by a separate agreement between the client and the candidate.
