Payment Terms

- 30% final payment (RM 22,578.00) upon confirmed acceptance of the offer by the Marketing Manager candidate and commencement of the onboarding period.
- All payments to be made via bank transfer to: Maybank, Account No. 5123-4567-8901, Strategic Talent Solutions Sdn. Bhd., Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as per Malaysian commercial practice.
Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding document until formally accepted in writing by both parties and converted into a binding Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- The Marketing Manager candidate must possess a minimum of 8 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur or Southeast Asian market.
- Strategic Talent Solutions Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to withdraw this Quotation Estimate if the candidate pool in the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur market does not yield suitable Marketing Manager profiles within the stipulated timeline.
