The Marketing Manager placement is governed by a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) to be executed concurrently with the acceptance of this quotation.
Executive Talent Solutions Nigeria shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding the identity of all Marketing Manager candidates and the internal strategies of Horizon Continental Group Ltd.
Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Abuja, FCT, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18, LFN 2004).
