The following services are encompassed under this Quotation Estimate for the Marketing Manager position in Pakistan Islamabad:

• Publication of the Marketing Manager vacancy across leading Pakistani job portals (Rozee, LinkedIn, Indeed Pakistan, and The News Classifieds).
• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of a minimum of 25 qualified candidates with a minimum of 7 years of progressive marketing experience.
• Conducting two rounds of structured interviews (technical and behavioral) for the Marketing Manager role.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for revalidation beyond this period will be subject to a revised fee structure.
2. The Marketing Manager candidate must remain employed with the client for a minimum of 12 months. In the event of voluntary resignation within this period, a replacement guarantee of one (1) candidate is provided at no additional cost.
3. All candidate data and interview records shall be treated as confidential in compliance with the Pakistan Personal Data Protection Bill and applicable Pakistan Islamabad regulatory guidelines.
4. Our firm shall not be liable for the post-placement performance, conduct, or suitability of the Marketing Manager beyond the scope of screening and verification services outlined herein.
5. Any changes to the scope of services (e.g., additional interview rounds, extended sourcing) will be documented via a supplementary Quotation Estimate and require written approval from both parties.
6. Governing law: The laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Pakistan Islamabad.
