• Management of a multidisciplinary marketing team of up to eight (8) specialists, including digital marketing coordinators, brand designers, and content strategists based in Lima.
• Oversight of all digital marketing channels, including social media management, search engine optimization, email marketing campaigns, and paid advertising across platforms relevant to the Peru Lima consumer base.
• Planning and coordination of trade shows, product launches, and corporate events within the Lima region and, when required, in other Peruvian cities.
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports, including KPI analysis, budget utilization tracking, and ROI assessments.
• Collaboration with the Sales and Product Development departments to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies tailored to the Peruvian consumer behavior and cultural context.

• Monthly installments for the Marketing Manager professional fee and ongoing digital marketing management, due on the first business day of each month.
• One-time fees (recruitment, onboarding, market research, brand audit) payable within fifteen (15) calendar days of service delivery and client approval of deliverables.
• Annual bonus pool disbursed in December, contingent upon documented KPI achievement.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Peru Lima.
2. The Marketing Manager shall be engaged under a fixed-term contract of twelve (12) months, renewable by mutual written agreement. The contract shall be governed by the Peruvian Labor Law (Legislative Decree No. 728) and applicable regulations in force in Peru Lima.
3. Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business information, marketing strategies, consumer data, and proprietary materials exchanged during the engagement.
4. Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus applicable statutory severance obligations.

6. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent commercial courts of the judicial district of Lima, Peru.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute a formal Service Agreement incorporating all terms herein.
