The total amount of this Quotation Estimate shall be settled as follows:
- 50% Down Payment (PHP 95,200.00) – Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and commencement of the Marketing Manager search in Philippines Manila.
- 40% Milestone Payment (PHP 76,160.00) – Due upon successful placement and signing of the employment contract by the selected Marketing Manager.

Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of Manila Executive Talent Solutions, Inc. All payments are subject to the applicable Philippine tax regulations. - This Quotation Estimate is non-transferable and is issued exclusively for the named client for the purpose of Marketing Manager recruitment in Philippines Manila.
