All rates are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of standard working hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM SGT). Payment Terms

30% Advance Payment: SGD 6,180.30 (inclusive of GST) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
40% Milestone Payment: SGD 8,240.40 (inclusive of GST) due upon successful shortlisting and presentation of the final Marketing Manager candidate to the client.
30% Final Payment: SGD 6,180.30 (inclusive of GST) due upon the candidate's successful completion of the probationary period (3 months).
All payments are to be made via bank transfer to our designated account at DBS Bank, Singapore Singapore. Invoices will be issued within 5 business days of each milestone completion.
Payment is due within 14 calendar days from the date of invoice. Late payments will attract a penalty interest of 1.5% per month as per Singapore Singapore commercial practice.

Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Singapore Singapore.
The Marketing Manager candidate must meet the minimum qualifications of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience in the Singapore Singapore or ASEAN region.
Strategic Talent Solutions Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw this Quotation Estimate if the client fails to provide necessary access to interview venues or decision-makers within 10 business days of candidate shortlisting.
All candidate data and information shared during this engagement will be treated in strict confidence in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore Singapore.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute an employment contract between the client and the Marketing Manager candidate. The employment relationship is solely between the client and the appointed individual.
Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of Singapore Singapore and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore Singapore.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated closures in Singapore Singapore, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without additional cost.
