This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond 15 July 2025 will require re-issuance due to potential changes in market rates for a Marketing Manager in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
All monetary values are stated in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) unless otherwise indicated. The USD equivalent is provided for reference only and is subject to the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment.
The Marketing Manager engagement is structured as a twelve (12) month fixed-term contract, renewable upon mutual written agreement. The contract shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
Payment terms: 50% of the recruitment and onboarding costs (Items 01, 04, 07, 10) are due upon signing of the Marketing Manager employment contract. The remaining 50% is due within fourteen (14) business days of the Marketing Manager's first working day in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
Monthly salary and allowance payments (Items 02, 03, 05, 06) shall be processed by the client's payroll department on or before the 28th of each month, in compliance with Tanzania labour law.
The annual marketing operational budget (Item 09) shall be disbursed in quarterly tranches, subject to the Marketing Manager's submission of approved quarterly marketing plans.
Any change in scope, additional responsibilities, or modification to the Marketing Manager's role will require a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment contract. The definitive employment terms for the Marketing Manager shall be set out in a separate employment agreement to be executed prior to commencement of duties.
All services described herein shall be performed in Tanzania Dar es Salaam, and any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
