The Marketing Manager position is a full-time, permanent role based at the client's headquarters in Uganda Kampala. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, managing brand positioning across digital and traditional channels, leading a team of six (6) marketing specialists, and reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. The Marketing Manager will oversee annual marketing budgets exceeding UGX 1.2 billion, manage vendor relationships, and drive market expansion into the East African Community region.

This Quotation Estimate is subject to the following payment schedule: 40% (UGX 20,296,000) upon acceptance and signing of the service agreement; 35% (UGX 17,759,000) upon successful placement and commencement of the Marketing Manager in Uganda Kampala; and 25% (UGX 12,685,000) upon completion of the 90-day onboarding period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to Apex Talent Solutions Ltd., Stanbic Bank, Kampala Branch, Account No. 0123-4567-890. Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice issuance.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Uganda Kampala.
• The Marketing Manager candidate must meet all minimum qualifications as specified in the client's job description, including a minimum of seven (7) years of progressive marketing experience in the East African market.
• Apex Talent Solutions Ltd. guarantees a replacement candidate at no additional cost if the placed Marketing Manager resigns or is terminated for cause within the first six (6) months of employment.
• All services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be performed in full compliance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda, including the Employment Act 2008, the Data Protection and Privacy Act 2019, and applicable tax regulations administered by the Uganda Revenue Authority.
• The client agrees to provide a suitable office workspace, necessary tools, and access to systems for the Marketing Manager at the Uganda Kampala headquarters.
• Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the terms of this Quotation Estimate and any proprietary information exchanged during the engagement.
• Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Kampala, Uganda, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Uganda.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) is executed.
