- Payment to be made via bank transfer to Gulf Executive Talent Solutions LLC, Emirates NBD, Account No. 002-4567-8901-001, SWIFT: EMDBAEAD.
- Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of issue. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as per UAE commercial regulations.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in United Arab Emirates Dubai.
- The placement guarantee period is 90 days. Should the Marketing Manager resign or be terminated for cause within this period, a replacement candidate will be sourced at no additional cost.
- All services shall be performed in strict compliance with UAE Federal Labour Law, UAE Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), and applicable regulations of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism.
