• Screening & Assessment: Technical interviews, psychometric testing, competency-based assessments, and reference verification for a shortlist of no fewer than five (5) qualified Marketing Manager candidates.
• Shortlisting & Presentation: Delivery of a curated shortlist of three (3) final candidates to the client's leadership team, accompanied by detailed candidate profiles, salary expectations, and suitability reports.
• Negotiation & Offer Management: Facilitation of salary and benefits negotiations between the client and the selected Marketing Manager candidate, ensuring alignment with Zimbabwe Harare market benchmarks and the client's budget parameters.
• Onboarding & Integration Support: A structured 90-day onboarding programme for the appointed Marketing Manager, including stakeholder introductions, departmental orientation, and performance milestone setting.
• Post-Placement Support: Six (6) months of post-placement monitoring, quarterly performance check-ins, and a guaranteed replacement clause should the Marketing Manager resign or be terminated within the first 12 months.

In accordance with the terms of this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows:

• 30% Advance Payment (USD 4,312.50): Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement. This payment initiates the candidate sourcing phase for the Marketing Manager role.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the validity period, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting any market adjustments will be issued.
2. The replacement guarantee for the Marketing Manager position is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of the candidate's commencement. In the event of resignation or termination within this period, Executive Placement Services (Pvt) Ltd shall, at no additional cost, source and place a replacement Marketing Manager of equivalent qualifications and experience.
3. All candidate data processed during this engagement shall be handled in strict compliance with the Zimbabwe Data Protection Act [Chapter 11:12] and applicable privacy regulations in Zimbabwe Harare.
4. The client acknowledges that the final selection of the Marketing Manager candidate rests solely with the client. Executive Placement Services (Pvt) Ltd acts as an advisory and facilitation body and does not guarantee the client's hiring decision.
5. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the Mediation Act [Chapter 10:26].
6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract of employment between the client and the Marketing Manager candidate. The employment relationship is governed by a separate employment contract between the client and the candidate.
7. All services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be performed by qualified professionals registered with the Zimbabwe Institute of Marketing and the relevant professional bodies operating in Zimbabwe Harare.

By signing below, the client confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Executive Placement Services (Pvt) Ltd to commence the recruitment and placement of the Marketing Manager for the client's Zimbabwe Harare operations under the terms and conditions set forth herein.
