1. Scope of Work – Mason Services in Afghanistan Kabul
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Kabul Masonry & Construction Services (KMCS) to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for all Mason work required for the construction of a two-story residential building located in Afghanistan Kabul. Our team of experienced Mason professionals has assessed the site conditions, local material availability, and structural requirements specific to the seismic and climatic conditions of Afghanistan Kabul. 3. Payment Schedule
Payment for the masonry work outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in four installments: 30% upon contract signing and mobilization of the Mason team to Afghanistan Kabul; 30% upon completion of ground floor masonry; 30% upon completion of first floor masonry and plastering; and the remaining 10% upon final inspection and handover. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by KMCS.
4. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised due to fluctuations in material costs in Afghanistan Kabul.
- All Mason work shall be completed within ninety (90) calendar days from the date of site mobilization, subject to weather conditions and client-approved design changes.
- The Mason team shall provide all hand tools, mixing equipment, and small machinery. The client shall provide access to water and electricity at the site in Afghanistan Kabul.
- A one-year warranty is provided on all structural masonry work. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, unauthorized modifications, or neglect.
- Any changes to the scope of masonry work after contract signing shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and written approval from both parties.
- All work shall comply with the building regulations of the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing, Afghanistan Kabul.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Afghanistan Kabul before any legal proceedings are initiated.
5. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Mason services in Afghanistan Kabul and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This signature constitutes a binding acceptance of the Quotation Estimate and authorizes KMCS to commence masonry work upon receipt of the initial payment.
