The estimated duration for the completion of all Mason works described in this Quotation Estimate is eight (8) working weeks, commencing from the date of written approval and receipt of the initial payment. The schedule accounts for standard curing times of cement mortar and concrete elements, as well as the seasonal weather conditions typical of Argentina Buenos Aires during the autumn and winter months. Any delays caused by force majeure, municipal permit holdups, or client-requested design modifications will be communicated in writing and may extend the timeline accordingly.

30% Advance Payment: Due upon signing of this Quotation Estimate and commencement of works (ARS 2,917,631).
40% Progress Payment: Due upon completion of all structural masonry (items 01–03) and verified by the client (ARS 3,890,174).
30% Final Payment: Due upon completion, final inspection, and handover of all Mason works (ARS 2,917,631).
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Patagonia Mason & Construction S.R.L., Banco Nación Argentina, CBU: 0110003100000000000009, CUIT: 30-71234567-8.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision if raw material costs (cement, brick, steel) fluctuate by more than 10% in the Buenos Aires market.
All Mason workmanship is guaranteed for a period of two (2) years from the date of final acceptance, covering structural integrity of masonry elements. This warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, improper use, or third-party modifications.
The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary construction permits from the Subsecretaría de Control de Obras Particulares, City of Buenos Aires, prior to the start of works. Our office will provide all technical documentation required for the permit application.
Working hours on site in Argentina Buenos Aires shall be Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, and Saturday 08:00 to 12:00, in compliance with local labor regulations (Ley de Contrato de Trabajo, Decreto 146/86).
All materials specified in this Quotation Estimate are of Argentine national manufacture unless otherwise noted. Substitutions of equivalent quality require prior written approval from the client.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the commercial courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
This document constitutes a binding offer only upon written acceptance by both parties. No work shall commence until the advance payment has been received in full.
