1. SCOPE OF WORK – MASON SERVICES IN ARGENTINA CÓRDOBAThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Córdoba Mason & Construction Services S.R.L. to provide a comprehensive breakdown of professional Mason services to be executed at the residential property located in the city of Argentina Córdoba, specifically in the Barrio Alta Córdoba district. The scope encompasses all masonry-related works required for the renovation and structural reinforcement of a two-storey residential dwelling, in full compliance with the municipal building regulations of the Municipalidad de Córdoba and the national construction standards established by the Argentine Institute of Engineers (IAA).
Our team of certified Mason professionals, with an average of fifteen years of experience in residential and commercial masonry work across the province of Córdoba, will be responsible for the complete execution of the works described herein. All materials, labour, equipment, and site management are included in this Quotation Estimate unless otherwise noted.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon contract signing and mobilization of the Mason crew to the site in Argentina Córdoba; 40% upon completion of all structural masonry works (Items 01 through 04); and the remaining 30% upon final inspection, acceptance, and handover of the completed works. All payments shall be made in Argentine Pesos (ARS) via bank transfer to the account of Córdoba Mason & Construction Services S.R.L.
4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be adjusted to reflect current market rates for masonry materials in the Córdoba region.
- All Mason work shall be performed in strict accordance with the approved architectural plans and the technical specifications provided by the client's structural engineer.
- The estimated project duration is eight (8) working weeks, subject to weather conditions and the availability of materials in the Argentina Córdoba supply market.
- Córdoba Mason & Construction Services S.R.L. shall maintain full ART (Asistencia Médica Recíproca) insurance coverage for all Mason personnel and site workers throughout the duration of the project.
- Any additional masonry work not included in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval by the client prior to execution.
- The contractor guarantees all masonry work for a period of two (2) years from the date of final acceptance, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
- All waste generated during the masonry works shall be disposed of at authorized landfill sites in compliance with the environmental regulations of the Province of Córdoba.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include structural engineering design, architectural modifications, electrical or plumbing installations, or any works outside the scope of masonry.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the Mason services to be performed in Argentina Córdoba. This document, once countersigned by both parties, constitutes a binding agreement for the execution of the described masonry works.
