- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to review upon expiry.
- All masonry works will be carried out by a qualified Mason holding a current Victorian Building Authority (VBA) licence and a minimum of $20 million public liability insurance.
- The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits and approvals from the City of Port Phillip Council, Australia Melbourne, prior to commencement of works.
