This Quotation Estimate covers the full scope of masonry (Mason) services to be performed at the above residential property in Mosman, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required by the Australian Taxation Office.
Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% progress payment upon completion of retaining wall and sandstone feature wall masonry work, and 30% final payment upon practical completion and client sign-off.
All masonry work is guaranteed for a period of two (2) years from the date of practical completion, in accordance with the Home Building Act 1989 (NSW) and the Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010, Cth).
The estimated project duration is six (6) to eight (8) weeks from commencement, subject to weather conditions in Sydney and availability of natural sandstone materials. Delays caused by adverse weather (exceeding 40mm rainfall in any 48-hour period) or council inspection scheduling will extend the timeline accordingly.
Warringah Council building permit and any required development consent variations are the responsibility of the client. Our masonry team will provide all necessary documentation and attend council inspections at no additional cost.
All masonry materials (concrete blocks, Sydney sandstone, face bricks, mortar, and reinforcement) shall comply with relevant Australian Standards. Material samples will be presented to the client for approval prior to bulk ordering.
The client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate is based on the site conditions observed during our inspection on 2 June 2025. Any significant unforeseen site conditions (e.g., contaminated soil, hidden structural elements) may result in a variation to this estimate, to be agreed in writing prior to additional work commencing.
Our company holds a current NSW Fair Trading builder's licence (C215487), $10 million public liability insurance, and $5 million professional indemnity insurance. Certificates of currency are available upon request.
Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the masonry works shall be resolved in accordance with the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) procedures or the Home Building Act 1989 (NSW).
