- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all pricing, material costs, and labour rates are subject to revision based on current market conditions in Canada Montreal.
- All prices quoted in this document are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include the cost of all masonry materials, tools, equipment, skilled Mason labour, and site supervision. Prices do not include any additional work not explicitly listed in Section 2 above.
- A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the Grand Total is required to secure the project schedule and order materials. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be due upon final inspection sign-off and completion of all masonry work.
- All masonry work performed under this Quotation Estimate is covered by a two-year workmanship warranty from the date of final completion. This warranty covers defects in the Mason craftsmanship but does not cover damage resulting from natural disasters, structural settlement, or unauthorized modifications to the masonry elements.
- Montreal Stoneworks & Mason Ltd. holds full liability insurance (minimum $5,000,000) and workers' compensation coverage as required by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ) for all construction activities in Canada Montreal.
- The project schedule is contingent upon favourable weather conditions. In the event of sustained rainfall, freezing temperatures, or other weather events typical of the Canada Montreal climate that prevent safe masonry work, the timeline shall be extended accordingly without penalty to either party.
