The mason crew, led by a licensed master mason with over 15 years of experience in Toronto, Canada, will commence work on July 1, 2025, and is projected to complete all masonry activities by August 15, 2025. The total estimated duration is approximately six (6) weeks, subject to weather conditions and municipal inspection scheduling. Any delays caused by inclement weather typical of the Toronto summer season will be communicated in writing within 24 hours.
- Payment Schedule: A 30% deposit (CAD $8,273.13) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 70% shall be paid in two equal installments: 35% upon completion of the structural masonry work and 35% upon final inspection and sign-off.

- Insurance: The mason contractor carries full liability insurance (minimum CAD $5,000,000) and workers' compensation coverage through the WSIB (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board) of Ontario, Canada.
