3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all prices for Mason materials and labor may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Guangzhou, China.
3.2 Payment Schedule: The client shall remit thirty percent (30%) of the total Quotation Estimate value as an advance payment upon contract execution. An additional forty percent (40%) shall be due upon completion of all structural Mason work and receipt of the midpoint inspection certificate. The remaining thirty percent (30%) shall be payable within fourteen (14) days of final handover and sign-off by the project engineer.
3.3 Materials: All bricks, blocks, stone, mortar, and ancillary materials specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be sourced from approved suppliers within the Guangzhou metropolitan area. The Mason crew shall conduct incoming material inspections and reject any units that do not meet the specified grade or dimensional tolerances.
