1. Purpose of This Quotation EstimateThis Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Andina Mason & Construction Services S.A.S. to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for all masonry works required for the residential and commercial development project located in Colombia Bogotá. This document serves as the official Quotation Estimate for the Mason services, materials, labor, and equipment that will be deployed on-site. 2. Scope of Mason WorkThe Mason services covered under this Quotation Estimate include the following activities to be executed in Colombia Bogotá:
- Foundation wall construction using reinforced concrete blocks (15 cm x 20 cm x 40 cm) with structural mortar mix (1:3 cement-to-sand ratio).
- Erection of load-bearing and non-load-bearing masonry walls using hollow concrete blocks and solid clay bricks as specified in the architectural plans.

Payment for the Mason works described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in four (4) progress installments tied to verified milestones of completion in Colombia Bogotá:
- 30% upon signing of the contract and mobilization of the Mason crew to the project site.
- 30% upon completion of all foundation and structural masonry walls.
- 25% upon completion of partition walls, staircases, and retaining structures.
- 15% upon final inspection, curing completion, and delivery of as-built documentation.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Andina Mason & Construction Services S.A.S. within ten (10) business days of invoice issuance. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia.
5. Project Duration and ScheduleThe total estimated duration for all Mason works under this Quotation Estimate is one hundred forty (140) calendar days from the date of contract execution. The work schedule has been developed considering the typical weather patterns in Colombia Bogotá, including the rainy season (April–May and October–November), which may affect outdoor masonry operations. A detailed Gantt chart is attached as Annex A to this Quotation Estimate.
6. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be adjusted to reflect changes in material costs in the Colombia Bogotá market.
- All Mason labor shall comply with Colombian labor law (Código Sustantivo del Trabajo) and the workers shall be registered with the Colombian Social Security System (Pensión, Salud, ARL).
- The Mason crew shall adhere to all occupational health and safety regulations established by the Ministerio del Trabajo de Colombia.
- Materials shall meet the specifications of the Colombian technical standards (NTC) and shall be sourced from approved suppliers within the Colombia Bogotá region.
- Any changes in scope, additional Mason works, or modifications to the original plans shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued in writing and approved by both parties before execution.
- The contractor shall provide a twelve (12) month warranty on all masonry works from the date of final acceptance.
