The estimated duration for completion of all masonry works outlined in this Quotation Estimate is eleven (11) working weeks, commencing from the date of contract signing and receipt of the initial payment. The timeline has been calibrated to account for seasonal weather conditions typical of Egypt Alexandria, including the higher humidity levels during the summer months, which may affect mortar curing times. Any additional or variation works beyond the scope defined in this estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional Quotation Estimate approved by both parties.
Our Mason team shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations as mandated by the Egyptian Ministry of Manpower and Social Solidarity.
Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to the competent courts in Egypt Alexandria.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to extreme weather, government-mandated shutdowns, or supply chain disruptions, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the masonry services to be performed in Egypt Alexandria.
