1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision based on fluctuations in material costs within the Ethiopia Addis Ababa market.
2. Payment shall be made in four (4) installments: 30% upon contract signing, 30% upon completion of ground floor masonry, 30% upon completion of first floor masonry, and 10% upon final handover and client acceptance.
3. The Mason team shall adhere to all applicable Ethiopian building codes, Addis Ababa City Construction Authority regulations, and safety standards. All workers shall be covered under the Ethiopian Social Security Insurance.
4. The estimated project duration for all masonry works is twelve (12) weeks from the date of commencement, subject to weather conditions and client-approved design changes.
5. Any variation in scope beyond 10% of the original Quotation Estimate shall require a written amendment signed by both parties before additional work commences.
6. All masonry materials (concrete blocks, cement, sand, rebar, and mortar) shall be sourced from approved suppliers in Ethiopia Addis Ababa and shall meet Ethiopian Standards Agency (ESA) specifications.
7. The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits from the Addis Ababa City Construction Authority prior to commencement of masonry work.
8. A one-year warranty is provided on all masonry work against defects in workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Acceptance and AuthorizationBy signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the Mason services to be performed in Ethiopia Addis Ababa. This document, once signed by both parties, constitutes a binding agreement for the masonry construction works described above.
