This Quotation Estimate is prepared for the comprehensive masonry works to be carried out at the client’s residential property located in the 6th arrondissement of France Marseille. This Quotation Estimate for Mason services in France Marseille shall be settled as follows: a deposit of 30% (EUR 13,724.87) is due upon signature of the contract; 40% (EUR 18,299.82) is payable upon completion of the structural masonry works (items 1, 2, and 4); and the remaining 30% (EUR 13,724.86) is due upon final sign-off and handover of the completed project. All payments shall be made by bank transfer to the account of Atelier Pierre & Chaux Marseille, BNP Paribas, IBAN: FR76 3000 4000 0100 0000 0000 000.
4.1 — This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, particularly for limestone and lime mortar sourced from regional quarries.
4.2 — All Mason work shall be performed in strict compliance with the French Civil Code (Code Civil), the applicable DTU (Document Technique Unifié) standards for masonry, and any specific heritage preservation orders issued by the Direction Régionale des Affaires Culturelles (DRAC) for the Marseille area.
4.3 — The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits (permis de construire or déclaration préalable) from the Mairie de Marseille prior to the commencement of works. Our Mason team will provide all technical drawings and documentation required for the permit application at no additional charge.
4.4 — A two-year statutory warranty (garantie de deux ans) applies to all masonry works as per French law.
