Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of structural masonry work (Items 01–05), and the remaining 30% upon final acceptance and handover of all completed Mason work. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account of Mason & Stonework Services GmbH, IBAN: DE89 7002 0500 0009 8765 43, BIC: PBNKDEFF. Invoices will be issued in accordance with German tax law (UStG).
The estimated duration for the completion of all masonry work described in this Quotation Estimate is twelve (12) working weeks from the date of contract commencement. The project is scheduled to begin in the week of 1 September 2025 and is expected to be completed by the week of 28 November 2025. Weather-dependent tasks, particularly exterior Mason work, may be subject to minor adjustments due to the seasonal conditions typical of Germany Munich in the autumn months.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in material costs, particularly natural stone and clay brick supply prices in the Munich region.
5.2 All Mason work will be performed by employees of Mason & Stonework Services GmbH who hold valid German trade licenses (Handwerkskarte) and are registered with the Munich Chamber of Crafts (Handwerkskammer für München und Oberbayern).
5.3 The contractor shall maintain full public liability insurance (Haftpflichtversicherung) with a minimum coverage of 5,000,000 EUR throughout the duration of the project in Germany Munich.
5.4 A five-year warranty (Gewährleistung) is provided on all structural Mason work in accordance with § 634a of the German Civil Code (BGB). The warranty period commences on the date of final acceptance.
5.5 Any changes to the scope of work beyond 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value will require a written amendment signed by both parties before additional work commences.
5.6 The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits (Baugenehmigung) from the Munich Building Authority (Bauamt der Landeshauptstadt München) prior to the start of construction. Mason & Stonework Services GmbH will provide all technical documentation required for the permit application at no additional cost.
5.7 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, with the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Munich, Bavaria.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Mason & Stonework Services GmbH to proceed with the masonry work as described herein. This signature constitutes a binding agreement for the services outlined in this document.
