• Weather-related delays (exceeding 48 consecutive hours of heavy rainfall) shall be excluded from the project timeline and communicated in writing by the supervising Mason.
• A twelve-month workmanship warranty is provided on all masonry works. This warranty covers structural defects in blockwork, mortar application, and lintel installation but does not cover damage caused by subsequent alterations, natural disasters, or third-party interference.
