Payment shall be made in the following milestones as per this Quotation Estimate:
- Advance (30%): INR 10,77,222 – upon signing of the work order and mobilization of the mason team to the India Bangalore site.
- Progress Payment 1 (25%): INR 8,97,685 – upon completion of foundation and ground-floor masonry.
- Progress Payment 2 (25%): INR 8,97,685 – upon completion of upper-floor masonry and plastering.
- Final Payment (20%): INR 7,18,148 – upon final inspection, snag clearance, and handover.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised based on prevailing material costs in the India Bangalore market.
- All masonry work shall be executed by qualified and experienced Mason personnel under the direct supervision of a site engineer holding a valid license from the Karnataka State Council for Architecture and Construction.
- The contractor shall bear all costs related to safety equipment, PPE for mason workers, and compliance with the Factories Act and Karnataka Shops & Establishments Act applicable in India Bangalore.
- Any variation in scope exceeding 10% of the original estimate shall require a revised Quotation Estimate in writing, signed by both parties.
- Defect Liability Period: 12 months from the date of final handover. Any masonry defects (cracks, spalling, efflorescence) arising within this period shall be rectified at no additional cost.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in India Bangalore in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- Force Majeure: Delays caused by monsoon flooding (common in India Bangalore during June–September), government-mandated lockdowns, or natural disasters shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty.
- All invoices shall be issued in INR and are payable within 15 days of receipt. Late payments shall attract interest at 1.5% per month.
