Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is specific to the project located in India Mumbai and is non-transferable to any other site or jurisdiction.
- All mason work shall be executed in strict compliance with BMC (Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation) building regulations and the National Building Code of India (NBC 2016).
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of 60% of mason work, and 30% upon final handover and client sign-off.
- Estimated project duration: 45 working days from the date of material delivery to site, subject to weather conditions in India Mumbai.
- All mason artisans deployed shall carry valid identity proof and shall be covered under the Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) scheme as mandated by Indian labour law.
- Warranty: A 12-month defect liability period is provided on all mason work from the date of final acceptance. Any cracks, delamination, or structural masonry defects within this period shall be rectified at no additional cost.
- Material costs (cement, sand, bricks, tiles, bonding agents) are included in the rates above. Any change in material specification by the client shall result in a revised Quotation Estimate.
- Work hours: 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. No mason work shall be conducted on Sundays or public holidays in Maharashtra, India.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties.
