2. Scope of Mason Work

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Shri Ram Construction & Mason Services Pvt. Ltd., a registered masonry contractor operating in New Delhi, India, for the complete mason work as detailed below. The scope encompasses all brickwork, blockwork, plastering, and associated mason activities required for the structural and finishing phases of the residential building at the above-mentioned location in New Delhi.

Note: All rates are inclusive of mason labour, supervisory staff, hand tools, and small consumables. Cement, sand, bricks, and structural steel are to be supplied by the client at the site in New Delhi. Rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to revision if material prices fluctuate by more than 10% during the project period. 4. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect current market conditions in New Delhi, India.
Payment terms: 25% advance upon signing the work order, 50% upon completion of mason work up to the 2nd floor, and 25% upon final completion and handover.
The mason crew shall consist of a minimum of 12 skilled masons, 4 helpers, and 1 senior mason supervisor per shift. Working hours shall be 07:00 to 17:00 IST, Monday through Saturday.
All mason work shall comply with the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) codes, the Delhi Municipal Corporation (DMC) building bylaws, and applicable Indian construction regulations.
The client shall provide a safe and accessible work site in New Delhi, including water supply, electricity, and material storage area.
Any variation or change order in the scope of mason work must be approved in writing by both parties before execution. Additional work will be billed at the rates specified in this Quotation Estimate.
Defect liability period for mason work: twelve (12) months from the date of practical completion. Any cracks, efflorescence, or plaster failures within this period shall be rectified at no additional cost.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal work order or agreement is executed by both parties.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in New Delhi, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

5. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for mason work in New Delhi, India, and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. The mason services shall commence upon receipt of the advance payment and a signed work order.
