This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by PT. Nusantara Mason & Construction Services for the provision of professional Mason and masonry works to be executed at the client's residential and commercial development site located in Indonesia Jakarta. The scope encompasses all structural and non-structural masonry activities including but not limited to bricklaying, blockwork, plastering, tile installation, and finishing works. This Quotation Estimate has been prepared in accordance with Indonesian National Standards (SNI) for masonry construction and local building regulations applicable in the Indonesia Jakarta metropolitan area.

2. Scope of Mason Work

The Mason team assigned to this project will consist of a minimum of twelve (12) skilled masonry workers, three (3) masonry supervisors, and one (1) project engineer. All Mason personnel are certified and experienced in executing masonry works in the tropical climate conditions prevalent in Indonesia Jakarta. The works include the following:

Structural brick masonry walls (red brick, 150mm and 200mm thickness)
Non-structural hollow block partition walls (100mm and 150mm)

4. Project Duration and Schedule

The estimated duration for completion of all Mason works as outlined in this Quotation Estimate is eight (8) calendar months from the date of commencement. The schedule has been adjusted to account for the rainy season in Indonesia Jakarta (typically November through February), during which exterior masonry and plastering activities will be prioritized under protective covering to ensure quality and prevent weather-related delays. The Mason crew will operate on a six-day work week (Monday through Saturday), with Sunday designated as a rest day in compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.

5. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry due to fluctuating material costs in the Indonesia Jakarta construction market.
Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% progress payment at 50% completion of Mason works, and 30% final payment upon successful handover and client acceptance.
All masonry materials (bricks, blocks, cement, sand, tiles, stone) shall be sourced from approved suppliers in Indonesia Jakarta and must meet SNI quality standards. Material delivery to site is included in this Quotation Estimate.
The Mason team shall comply with all Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations as mandated by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower. All workers shall be provided with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Any additional or variation works beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost assessment.
A warranty period of twelve (12) months shall apply to all Mason works from the date of final acceptance, covering defects in workmanship and materials.
This Quotation Estimate does not include architectural design fees, structural engineering calculations, or permits. The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits (PBG) from the Indonesia Jakarta municipal authority (Dinas Cipta Karya).
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent contract shall be resolved through mediation in Indonesia Jakarta in accordance with Indonesian law.

6. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Mason services in Indonesia Jakarta as presented herein. This document, once countersigned by both parties, shall serve as the basis for the formal construction service agreement.
