The total Quotation Estimate amount of 1,540,000,000 Iranian Rials shall be disbursed in the following installments, tied to verified milestones of Mason work completion:

  • Advance Payment (30%): 462,000,000 IRR – Upon signing of the construction contract and delivery of the Mason crew to the Tehran site.
  • Progress Payment 1 (25%): 385,000,000 IRR – Upon completion of all structural masonry walls (Items 01 and 02).
  • Progress Payment 2 (25%): 385,000,000 IRR – Upon completion of interior partitions, staircase, and fireplace masonry (Items 04, 05, 06).
  • Final Payment (20%): 308,000,000 IRR – Upon final inspection, sign-off by the Tehran municipal building inspector, and handover of all masonry work.

The Mason team estimates a total construction duration of 14 weeks (approximately 98 working days) from the date of site mobilization in Tehran. The schedule accounts for seasonal weather conditions typical of Iran Tehran, including potential rain delays during the spring and autumn months. A detailed Gantt chart will be provided upon contract execution.

  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices are subject to revision based on current material costs in the Tehran construction market.
  2. All masonry work shall be performed by qualified Mason professionals supervised by a licensed structural engineer registered with the Iranian Engineers' Association.
  3. The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits from the Tehran Municipality (Shahrdari) prior to the commencement of any Mason work on site.
  4. Materials specified in this Quotation Estimate include standard red clay bricks, 20 cm concrete hollow blocks, 10 cm aerated concrete blocks, natural travertine stone, Portland cement (Type I), and approved aggregates sourced from licensed suppliers in the Tehran region.
  5. A warranty period of two (2) years is provided on all structural masonry work and one (1) year on decorative masonry and plastering, covering defects in workmanship and materials.
  6. Any additional Mason work requested by the client beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be billed separately at the unit rates stated herein or at mutually agreed rates.
  7. All work shall comply with the labor laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including mandatory social security contributions (Tamin-e Ejtemaei) for all Mason crew members.
  8. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Tehran, Iran, in accordance with the rules of the Tehran Regional Arbitration Center (TRAC).
  9. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal construction agreement is signed by both parties.
Note: All prices in this Quotation Estimate are quoted in Iranian Rials (IRR) and are inclusive of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment required for the Mason work. Prices do not include any municipal fees, utility connection charges, or third-party inspection costs that may be levied by the Tehran Municipality or relevant governmental bodies.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Mason services in Iran Tehran and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This signature does not constitute a binding contract but serves as a formal expression of intent to proceed with the masonry project.
